Labor Day Weekend in the historic Cambria City Section of Johnstown. Everyone is welcome to come and enjoy this free event. The festival spans venues from 2nd to 10th Ave (1 block off Broad St) Traditional ethnic foods, music, dance and church tours will be featured...
