Murrysville Chili OktoberfestMurrysville Volunteer Fire Co Picnic Pavilion 3235 Sardis Road Murrysville, PA
Hosted by the Murrysville Export Rotary Club and in cooperation with the Recreation Department, the Ninth Annual Chili Oktoberfest will be held on Saturday, October 15 from noon until 6 p.m. at the Murrysville Volunteer Fire Company’s picnic pavilion at 3235 Sardis Rd. Every participant is a judge and votes for the best chili, with cash prizes awarded in each category. Ten local restaurants also enter the cookoff to compete for the title of “Best Chili in Murrysville!” All proceeds benefit the Rotary Polio Foundation and the Miracle Complex at Murrysville Community Park. Tickets are $15.00 each. To purchase tickets or enter a chili for the contest, please contact the Murrysville Export Rotary Club or the Murrysville Recreation Department at 724-327-2100 exts. 131 or 115. With 30 types of hot and mild chili to sample, the Chili Oktoberfest is the hottest event in town!
